WebStation Features- ScheduleViewer - eliminates the need for manual schedule distribution. ScheduleViewer helps improve agent adherence with reminder notifications of scheduled events and changes. Supervisors use ScheduleViewer to access their agents' schedules and to verify that agents have acknowledged schedule changes.
- StatsViewer - helps motivate agents by displaying their performance statistics and those of other agents in their peer group. Supervisors can also see how their teams are performing.

- Schedule Bids - let agents bid for their desired schedules from the convenience of their workstation, eliminating paper sign-up sheets and manual data entry.
- Schedule Trades - empower agents to manage their own schedules by allowing them trade schedules with other team members by means of a virtual bulletin board. Trades are automatically approved using work rules to account for agent skill capabilities, total work hours and many other requirements, or they can be forwarded to a supervisor for approval.
- Schedule Changes - allows agents to easily initiate and track requests for changes in their schedules. Requests are processed automatically using work rules or manually by a supervisor.
- Time Off Manager - lets agents manage their vacation, paid time off and other personal time requests.
