TotalView eTrainer Modules provide self-paced basic instruction on TotalView WebStation Plus features and Managing Change processes in an accessible web-friendly format. The self-paced, intuitive Webstation Plus curriculum contains modules designed to meet the training needs of contact center agents using TotalView Agent WebStation, and workforce managers and supervisors using TotalView Workstation and/or TotalView Supervisor Web Station to configure and implement WebStation Plus features.
