IEX supports the TotalView Workforce Management System with various training courses to equip users with the knowledge and skills to use the system to its fullest. Courses are delivered on site at the customer’s premises using the customer’s data on the customer’s hardware. Course curriculum and the learning experience use proven adult learning concepts and activities. IEX Trainers are professionally trained in adult learning techniques and have successfully managed in contact centers prior to employment with IEX.
