At IEX, we recognize that customer support is an essential component of making our products a success in your organization.

IEX customer support starts during the initial planning stages and continues through implementation, including activities such as:

  • Technical consulting for hardware configurations, software features, database set-up and site planning
  • Providing training classes in the effective operation of IEX products
  • Supplying a complete reference library of documentation
  • Installing hardware, operating systems and IEX software
  • On-site support during cutover

Customer Interaction Center

Customers can use this interface to check the status of open support incidents, add documentation to open support incidents, review support incidents that have been closed, and report new incidents to TotalView Customer Support.
