IEX offers a unique customer advocacy program to insure the customer voice is heard.  Customer Advocates provide ongoing, timely communication to their customers while serving as a central point-of-contact between the client and IEX.  Advocates work closely with all the departments at IEX to facilitate prompt resolution of any issues or concerns and deliver solutions that meet the customers’ needs.

The company assigns a Customer Advocate to every IEX account and expects the Advocate to become knowledgeable about the clients’ unique business needs. Advocates actively solicit feedback from their accounts to help IEX be the best possible business partner.
