The program provides IEX customers access to the technology they need in their contact center operations. IEXchange Program CategoriesChannel Partners (Distributors / Resellers)IEXchange Channel Partners are IEX authorized resellers or distributors. These companies resell IEX solutions with their own suite of contact center offerings or services. IEX Resellers introduce the IEX solutions to their customers and call upon the IEX sales staff to assist in presenting the products. Full Service Distributors must complete the IEX certification program.
