 Director of Customer Care
Randy Price is the Director of Customer Care for IEX Corporation, a NICE Systems Ltd. company. In this role, he leads the teams responsible for delivering best-in-class customer service to IEX clients. Randy’s team provides project management, installation, implementation, support and customer advocacy services. He has nearly 20 years practical business experience in a variety of service and support leadership roles within the contact center market and telecommunications arena. Prior to his career in telecommunications, he served in the U.S. Navy where he was responsible for the maintenance, repair and operation of naval weapons systems.
