Debbie May

ImagePresident, General Manager

Debbie May is one of the founders of IEX. As President and General Manager, she is responsible for all aspects of the contact center business. Prior to joining IEX, she developed data communications software at Texas Instruments. She has developed and managed PBX and ACD call processing and management information systems as well as workforce management and call routing systems. Under May’s leadership, IEX has experienced rapid growth and has been profitable every quarter since inception. May and her team earned the Pacific Bell Quality Partner award for six consecutive years. May holds advanced degrees in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University.
 
Nathan Stearns

ImageVice President of Business Solutions Group

Nathan Stearns is Vice President of Business Solutions Group for IEX’s TotalView product. Prior to joining IEX in 1997, Stearns held several call center management positions with a large telecom provider over a ten-year period. During his tenure there, he participated in the procurement, implementation, and operation of workforce management systems, intelligent network routers, ODBC reporting platforms, third party system interfaces, and skill-based ACDs. In addition, he was responsible for creating and managing a comprehensive advanced forecasting, workforce management and call traffic management department that administered the operation of seven call centers. He is a frequent speaker and writer on the subject of multi-site, multi-skilled call center workforce planning and management. Stearns holds a BBA in Management Information Systems and an MBA in Quantitative Analysis.
 
Rick Glew

ImageVice President of Marketing and Sales Operations

Rick Glew is responsible for marketing, external communications and sales operations for IEX. Prior to joining IEX, Glew was the senior director of marketing at Spatial Wireless, a next–generation mobile switching start-up, taking responsibility for all marketing programs as they successfully established a leading position in the industry. Previously he was with Nortel Networks in a variety of senior positions in wireless product management, marketing, engineering and sales. He and his teams led initiatives to implement Wireless Internet applications, develop related strategic handset, middleware and infrastructure alliances, set global strategic plans and build a regional sales, marketing and engineering organization. Glew holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
 
Randy Price

ImageVice President, Customer Care

Randy Price is the Vice PResident of Customer Care for the IEX Workforce Management Group, a NICE Systems Ltd. company. In this role, he leads the teams responsible for delivering best-in-class customer service to IEX clients. Randy’s team provides project management, installation, implementation, support and customer advocacy services. He has nearly 20 years practical business experience in a variety of service and support leadership roles within the contact center market and telecommunications arena. Prior to his career in telecommunications, he served in the U.S. Navy where he was responsible for the maintenance, repair and operation of naval weapons systems.
 
Tim Blunt

ImageVice President of Sales, Americas

Tim Blunt is responsible for sales in the Eastern half of the US and all of Central and South America. He joined IEX from Verint Systems and Witness Systems, where he held positions as Vice President of Sales for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions. Blunt brings over 20 years of application software and technology experience in sales and sales management. he also held sales or sales management positions at Oracle, BroadVision, Concord Communications and Data General. Blunt holds a BS degree in Business Administration and Finance from Marquette University and an MBA from Boston University.
 
Tamir Roter

ImageSales Director, EMEA

Tamir Roter joined IEX in 2008 to lead the EMEA business. Prior to joining IEX, he was the Vice President of International Sales for Shunra Software, the market leader in predicting how business applications and network services will perform for remote end-users before deployment. Before joining Shunra he served as Director, Emerging Europe for Mercury Interactive, the global leader in Business Technology Optimization, which was later acquired by HP. At Mercury, Tamir was responsible for the business growth across the region, including setting up of local offices and expanding the partner network. He also held senior sales and marketing positions with Aladdin Knowledge Systems and TTR Technologies. Tamir holds an MBA from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Cum Laude, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
 
Paul Leamon

ImageDirector of TotalView Product Marketing

Paul Leamon joined IEX in 1990 and is responsible for marketing of the TotalView® Workforce Management product. Previously, he was manager of systems engineering and guided the TotalView product design at IEX for eight years. His experience includes extensive work with customers to ensure that each TotalView feature provides the business solutions to meet the customer’s needs. Leamon holds a patent for Skills-Based Scheduling for Telephone Call Centers and has several other workforce management patents pending. Leamon is a regular speaker at various contact center conferences around the world and has been published in TeleProfessional and Call Center Solutions Magazines. He earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, specializing in computer engineering, from the University of Texas at Austin.
