 Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing
Jim Quiggins is vice president of global sales and marketing for IEX. Jim has been in the contact center industry since 1985. Prior to joining IEX, he was a principal and vice president of Carrefour Technologies, a contact center consulting firm that he co-founded. He has also served as vice president of global sales and marketing for TCS Management Group and vice president of distributor sales for Aspect Communications. Jim began his career in higher education. He holds a PhD in Communication Studies from the University of Kansas. |

 Managing Director, IEX Europe
Art Olender is the Managing Director of IEX EMEA, based in Utrecht in the Netherlands, and looks after all IEX sales and operations activities for Europe, Middle East and Africa. He is one of the founders of IEX and has been working in the contact center industry since 1986. Prior to moving to the Netherlands in 1998 Olender’s varied responsibilities at IEX have included sales, pre-sales, consulting, training, product support and product development. As a trainer/consultant, he helped contact centers of all sizes make effective use of their workforce management systems. In his earlier role in product development, he was responsible for the design and development of predictive dialing outbound systems, and ACD/MIS systems for medium to very large call centers. Prior to joining IEX in 1986, he was the co-founder of a company that pioneered network operating system software for personal computers. Art Olender holds a BS degree in Mathematics and Systems and Information Science and an MS degree in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University. |

 Vice President of Business Solutions Group
Nathan Stearns is Vice President of Business Solutions Group for IEX’s TotalView product. Prior to joining IEX in 1997, Stearns held several call center management positions with a large telecom provider over a ten-year period. During his tenure there, he participated in the procurement, implementation, and operation of workforce management systems, intelligent network routers, ODBC reporting platforms, third party system interfaces, and skill-based ACDs. In addition, he was responsible for creating and managing a comprehensive advanced forecasting, workforce management and call traffic management department that administered the operation of seven call centers. He is a frequent speaker and writer on the subject of multi-site, multi-skilled call center workforce planning and management. Stearns holds a BBA in Management Information Systems and an MBA in Quantitative Analysis. |

 Vice President of Marketing and Sales Operations
Rick Glew is responsible for marketing, external communications and sales operations for IEX. Prior to joining IEX, Glew was the senior director of marketing at Spatial Wireless, a next–generation mobile switching start-up, taking responsibility for all marketing programs as they successfully established a leading position in the industry. Previously he was with Nortel Networks in a variety of senior positions in wireless product management, marketing, engineering and sales. He and his teams led initiatives to implement Wireless Internet applications, develop related strategic handset, middleware and infrastructure alliances, set global strategic plans and build a regional sales, marketing and engineering organization. Glew holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the University of Toronto. |

 Vice President of Engineering, Performance Management
Eugenia Gillan directs core product development and testing for IEX performance management solutions. Prior to joining IEX, Gillan served as vice president of engineering at SavaJe Technologies. She also led engineering at Wildfire Communications and has held various positions at Fortune 500 software companies. Gillan holds a BS in Mathematics from Leningrad University, an MS in Computer Science from Northeastern University, and brings over 20 years of software and quality engineering experience to IEX. |

 Director of TotalView Engineering
Mike Shaw is one of the founders of IEX and is the Director of TotalView Engineering. He supervises all development aspects of the product, including systems engineering, software development, quality assurance, and technical writing. One of the original team of developers for the TotalView product, he has been managing its production since 1991. Prior to joining IEX, Shaw was a software engineer at Texas Instruments. Shaw holds a degree in computer science from the University of Texas. |

 Director of TotalView Product Marketing
Paul Leamon joined IEX in 1990 and is responsible for marketing of the TotalView® Workforce Management product. Previously, he was manager of systems engineering and guided the TotalView product design at IEX for eight years. His experience includes extensive work with customers to ensure that each TotalView feature provides the business solutions to meet the customer’s needs. Leamon holds a patent for Skills-Based Scheduling for Telephone Call Centers and has several other workforce management patents pending. Leamon is a regular speaker at various contact center conferences around the world and has been published in TeleProfessional and Call Center Solutions Magazines. He earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, specializing in computer engineering, from the University of Texas at Austin. |

 Director of Customer Care
Randy Price is the Director of Customer Care for IEX Corporation, a NICE Systems Ltd. company. In this role, he leads the teams responsible for delivering best-in-class customer service to IEX clients. Randy’s team provides project management, installation, implementation, support and customer advocacy services. He has nearly 20 years practical business experience in a variety of service and support leadership roles within the contact center market and telecommunications arena. Prior to his career in telecommunications, he served in the U.S. Navy where he was responsible for the maintenance, repair and operation of naval weapons systems. |
